I have been using henna dark brown on my mostly gray hair for about six months and it still ends up bright red after two weeks. It is a hassle to have to put the dark brown on that often. I guess I either want a way to keep the dark brown from turning red or else suggestions on toning it down until the henna grows out and I can get chemical low lights.
